I came up with an idea on Star Trek timeline that in 2390, 3 years after the Hobus Incident and 5 years after the Delta Coalition, a mutual defense and diplomatic alliance made up of species from the Delta Quadrant led by Borg Cooperative(inspired from Star Trek Myriad Universe Delta Coalition and Star Trek Online Delta Alliance) joined the Federation, the Galactic Commonwealth, a decedent from Terran Empire from the Mirror Universe, made first contact with the United Federation of Planets by sending the FSS Enterprise NX-1701-E via the Jaunt Drive, invited the Federation to join the Commonwealth, so a year later after a successful negotiations, the United Federation of Planets officially joined the Galactic Commonwealth. Among the founding members of the Commonwealth, the Romulan Star Empire, indigenous to the mirror universe which they helped the Terran Resistance to defeat the Klingon/Cardassian Alliance, are the Commonwealth members. The Klingon/Cardassian Alliance, Gorn Hegemony, Tholian Assembly, Breen Confederacy, Coalition of Tzkethi and Kzinti, Holy Order of Khimysha, Orion/Suliban Syndicate, Xindi Council, Ferengi Alliance and the Dominion formed the Tarsus Pact. The militia organization is Galactic Commonwealth High Command. All of the FTL, FTW and FTTW engines are reincorporated into the Jaunt Drive which now installed on all former Federation vessels. It turns out the the Typhon Pact just recently joined the Tarsus Pact. In 2399, The Galactic Commonwealth flagship FSS Enterprise makes first contact with the Celestial Federation, founded by Bajorans and other aliens less than 500,000 years ago, about 1,000 years after civilization flourished and industrial revolution came and spaceflight achieved. The Celestial Federation joins the Galactic Commonwealth. By 2410, the Odyssey Class FSS Enterprise NCC-1701-F is launched. In 2382, 1 year after the Sernaix Conflict(inspired from Virtual Voyager Season 8, and they had absorbed the Borg Collective prior to 2381 due to assimilation backfire), the Klingon Empire and the Cardassian Union as well as the Ferengi Alliance joined the Federation in 2379 not long after the Shinzon Affair.
